Cookie Policy

What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a site or a service, which makes it possible to recognise you from one page or one visit to the next. Some are essential for a service to work; others are used to measure audience or to track browsing for advertising purposes.
What this site sets by default
Nothing that tracks you. The site uses no audience measurement tool, no advertising pixel, no embedded social network. Fonts are hosted on the site itself and not by Google. In ordinary browsing, no cookie is placed on your device.
Only strictly technical cookies may appear, which are exempt from consent: those WordPress sets when an administrator logs in, and those needed to remember your consent choices.
Third-party services activated by your action
- YouTube video (Bien Démarrer page, French version of the site): the page shows a still image. The YouTube player, and the Google cookies that come with it, are loaded only if you click the play button. The player uses the youtube-nocookie.com domain, which limits collection before playback.
- Systeme.io forms and payment (book, newsletter, subscription): these forms are provided by Systeme.io, which may set its own cookies to make them work.
- Stripe payment: during a payment, Stripe sets cookies needed to secure the transaction and prevent fraud.
Your consent
Third-party services likely to set non-essential cookies are loaded only after your agreement, given through the banner shown on your first visit or through an explicit action on your part (clicking the video). You can change your choice at any time; your choice is remembered for six months.
Managing cookies from your browser
All browsers let you view, block or delete cookies in their privacy settings. Blocking some technical cookies may prevent payment or access to the Premium Area.
