1. Access to the site
Access to mitzpahor.com and to its free content (book excerpt, video, 3rd pillar guidance tool, Market Drivers) is free of charge. The publisher may at any time change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the site, without notice or compensation. Browsing the site means you accept these terms.
2. Premium Area
The Premium Area is reserved for adult subscribers; the conditions of subscription are set out in the terms of sale.
The Premium Area is reserved for subscribers. Login details are strictly personal: the subscriber keeps them confidential and is answerable for any use made from their account. One subscription corresponds to one user. Sharing login details, and reselling, republishing or distributing the content of the Premium Area to third parties, even free of charge, are prohibited and lead to termination of the subscription without refund, without prejudice to legal action.
3. Intellectual property
The content of the site, free or reserved, is protected by copyright. The user has a private, non-exclusive right of use. Any other use requires the written permission of the publisher. Third-party trademarks, logos and names mentioned (brokers, indices, companies) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for information.
4. Nature of the content
The content, including the model portfolio and the results of the 3rd pillar guidance tool, is provided as general, educational information. It is not personalised investment, tax or legal advice. The user remains solely responsible for the use made of it. See the risk warning.
5. Fair use
The user undertakes not to misuse the site: sending bulk or automated messages through the contact form, attempting unauthorised access, automated extraction of content, disrupting the operation of the site. Technical measures limit the number of messages that can be sent; the publisher may block any abusive access.
6. Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party services: Systeme.io for the subscription, the Premium Area and email sending, Stripe for payment, YouTube for video, and the X network. These services are governed by their own terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for information; the publisher does not control their content. A link to a broker or a service is not a recommendation. You are free to link to a page of mitzpahor.com, provided the page is not embedded in another site and no partnership is suggested.
7. Availability and liability
The publisher endeavours to keep the site accessible at all times but does not guarantee it: interruptions for maintenance, updates or technical incidents may occur. It cannot be held liable for interruptions, errors or indirect damage related to the use of the site, within the limits permitted by law. The information published is updated with care, with no guarantee of completeness; a report of an error through Customer Service is always welcome.
The posts on the Market Drivers page reproduce messages published on the X network at the moment they were issued. Market information has a short life: it may be out of date, supplemented or withdrawn without the page keeping a record of it.

9. Changes and governing law
The publisher may change these terms; the applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of use. They are governed by the law of Switzerland, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
