Terms of Sale
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These terms apply to the subscription to the Portfolio, taken out from mitzpahor.com. “Mitzpahor” means the publisher of the site, identified in the legal notice. “You” means the person who buys, for personal use and outside any professional activity.
1. What you are buying
The Portfolio subscription
The subscription opens the Premium Area, hosted by our provider Systeme.io. There you find a model portfolio: its composition, the research that goes with it, the strategy followed and the alerts reporting the purchases and sales made in that model. This content is the same for all subscribers. Its purpose is educational and it takes no account of your situation, your objectives or your risk tolerance. A monthly review is published on the last Thursday of each month: state of the portfolio, transactions of the month, reading of the market. Between two reviews, an alert is sent to all subscribers at the same time for every purchase or sale in the model. No message is addressed to any individual subscriber.
We may hold some of the securities in the portfolio. In that case, we place our own orders in those securities no earlier than 12 hours after the alert has been sent to all subscribers. Mitzpahor receives no remuneration from the companies it writes about.
2. Who can buy
The services are reserved for adults. No order placed by a minor is accepted, even with parental consent. By confirming your order, you confirm that you meet this condition and that you have read the risk warning.
The services are offered to persons residing in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, a Member State of the European Union, Monaco, Norway, the United States and Canada. An order placed from another country is refused; if it has been charged by mistake, it is cancelled and refunded in full. This list may be extended.
3. Prices
The prices are those shown on the site and on the payment page at the moment you confirm your order. They are stated in euros, whatever your country of residence; renewals and refunds are made in the same currency. If your card is held in another currency, the conversion and any related fees are a matter for your bank.
Prices include all taxes. For a resident of the European Union, VAT is that of their country, declared by Mitzpahor through the One Stop Shop (non-Union scheme). The price shown at the moment you confirm is the price you are charged; any later change applies only to new orders. Where a price is presented as a guaranteed launch price, it remains yours for as long as your subscription is not interrupted.
4. Order and payment
You order from the Systeme.io payment page, with the payment methods offered there. Payment is processed by Stripe; your bank details never pass through mitzpahor.com and Mitzpahor has no access to them. Before paying, you must have read these terms and confirmed this on the payment page; they remain available at any time on this page of the site.
As soon as the payment is accepted, you receive a confirmation email containing your access to the Premium Area. Access is opened without delay; a receipt is sent to you with each payment.
5. Term of the subscription and cancellation
The subscription runs for a period of one month or one year, depending on the plan, and renews automatically for an identical period for as long as you do not stop it. You can switch off renewal at any time from the Premium Area, in a few clicks and without giving a reason. You then keep access until the end of the period already paid for; a period that has started is not refunded pro rata.
If you chose the yearly plan, Mitzpahor writes to you six weeks before the renewal date to remind you of the date of the next charge and of how to stop the renewal. This reminder is sent by email: if you have unsubscribed from our emails, you no longer receive it.
If a renewal charge fails, a second attempt is made a few days later and you are told by email. If that also fails, the subscription is paused: access closes until the situation is put right, at no extra cost, and the launch price is kept if you put it right within the month.
Mitzpahor may close a subscription, without refunding the current period, if its content is shared, resold or redistributed, or if the login details are used by several people.
6. Changing your mind
You have fourteen days after your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason. All you need to do is say so through the form on the Customer Service page, stating which order is concerned. The refund is made within seven working days, to the payment method used.
After the fourteen-day period, the sums paid for a subscription period are retained, subject to the cases set out in point 5.
7. Technical incidents and unforeseeable events
If the Premium Area becomes inaccessible for more than three consecutive days because of a failure at a provider or an event beyond Mitzpahor's control, your subscription is extended free of charge by the length of the interruption. This is the only remedy due on this ground; it does not release you from paying for periods that were accessible.
8. What Mitzpahor does not guarantee
The portfolio is a non-personalised model and is not individual investment advice. All investing carries a risk of loss; past performance is no guide to future performance. You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions. Mitzpahor guarantees no financial result and is liable neither for losses arising from your transactions nor for indirect damage. In any event, and within the limits permitted by law, its liability is capped at the sums you paid for the service concerned. The statutory guarantees of your country of residence apply as of right and are not reduced by this cap.
9. Use of the content
The content of the Premium Area remains the property of Mitzpahor. Your right to use it is personal and non-transferable. Copying it, distributing it, reselling it or making it available to third parties, even free of charge, is prohibited. Details are set out in the terms of use.
10. Customer Service and data
For any question about an order, a receipt or access, write to us through the page Customer Service. On request, you receive a copy of your orders. Your data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland, without depriving you of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In the event of a disagreement, we first look for a solution together through Customer Service. If none is found, you keep the right to bring the matter before the competent court of your place of residence.
